Nancy Allen is a seasoned professional in people analytics with extensive experience across multiple organizations. At LACE Partners, Nancy has taken on the role of Manager since September 2022. Prior to this, at Adevinta, Nancy served as the Head of People Analytics, where the development and delivery of the People Analytics Strategy and Data Governance Framework were key focuses. Nancy's previous roles include Global Head of People Analytics & Reporting at the British Council, Lead HR MI Analyst at the Financial Ombudsman Service, HR Analyst at NBCUniversal, and EMEA Talent Management Coordinator at Oliver Wyman. Educationally, Nancy holds a BA (Hons) in History from the University of York and a PG Cert in Government, Policy, and Politics from Birkbeck, University of London, along with participation in the Mountbatten Internship Programme.
