Joe Knapp

Joe Knapp holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Accounting & Finance from Missouri State University. Joe has gained experience as Chief Financial Officer at Lebanon Public Schools and Laclede Electric Co-Op Co, as well as serving as City Administrator at the City of Lebanon. Additionally, Joe has also held the title of Manager of Accounting.
