Jessica LAURENT has extensive experience in customer service and project management, currently serving as Customer Service Manager for Europe at Lacoste since July 2019, after previously holding the role of Customer Service Coordinator for Europe. Jessica has been with Approche Sur Mesure since March 2010 as Responsable d'équipe Service Clients - E-commerce Europe, where responsibilities include coordination of E-commerce operations, logistics management, and team supervision. Prior experience includes a project assistant role at monassistant.com, and serving as a press officer at Secours Catholique-Caritas France. Jessica holds a Licence in Press Relations and Public Relations from the Institut International de Communication de Paris.
