Justin Tracy is an experienced professional in the optics and shooting fields, currently serving as the Advanced Process/R&D Manager at LaCroix Optical Co. since August 2016, focusing on the fabrication of spherical and aspherical optics. Prior to this role, Justin was a Resident Athlete with USA Shooting from February 2014 to August 2016, achieving the title of 2013 National Champion in 50 Meter Prone Rifle. Justin's career also includes significant experience at QED Technologies, where roles spanned from Sr. Applications Engineer to Research Engineer, engaging in the development and support of precision lens polishing systems. Earlier, Justin served as an Electronic Warfare Technician in the NY Air National Guard, responsible for maintaining radar jamming equipment for the F-16. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Photonics/Optics from SUNY Institute of Technology at Utica/Rome.
