Franck Legrand

Graduate in Political Science and Business law, he has performed various functions in large, international industrial groups like THALES, from management of international law, expertise of mergers-acquisitions in Corporate and management of complex contracts in aeronautic, naval, civil service and military businesses.

In 2013 he joined the legal profession to practice in the different areas of commercial law.

He joined LACROIX Group in February 2017 as Legal Director, and became Executive VP, Legal and Compliance, in July 2018.
