Brigitta Jakic

Brigitta Jakic is an experienced Advocaat and Senior Associate specializing in litigation and dispute resolution, currently at Clifford Chance since October 2021. Prior to this role, Brigitta served at CMS Netherlands from June 2014 to October 2021, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration. As a founder and board member of the Vereniging Jonge Procesadvocaten, Brigitta contributed to the Dutch association of young litigation lawyers from July 2017 to March 2020. Brigitta's early career includes trainee positions at Duane Morris LLP and HVG - Holland Van Gijzen Advocaten en Notarissen LLP, focusing on corporate law and commercial law, respectively. Academically, Brigitta holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in International & European Law from Tilburg University, a postgraduate degree in Corporate Liabilities from Grotius Academie, and has completed studies at Radboud University and La Trobe University in law and economics.
