Mary Newlean

Mary Newlean, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at LaCrosse Footwear Incorporated since April 2004, where responsibilities include managing employee relations, performance management, organizational design, salary and rewards management, talent acquisition, and program support. Prior to this role, Mary held positions such as Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist II.
