Tyler Smith

Tyler Smith has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Tyler started their career at KPMG, where they worked as an Associate and later became a Senior Associate. In 2010, they joined LaCrosse Footwear Incorporated as an Assistant Controller and eventually progressed to roles such as Corporate Controller, Director of Credit, Director of Finance, and Corporate Treasurer. Recently, they became the Vice President of Finance. Throughout their career, Tyler has been involved in various financial functions such as accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and cost accounting. Tyler has also played a significant role in acquisitions and integration efforts, including negotiating acquisitions and managing compliance with accounting standards.

Tyler Smith obtained a Master's Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University, which they attended from 2000 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Tyler also obtained several certifications from Coursera. Tyler completed courses such as "Probability" in May 2015, "Analyzing Global Trends for Business and Society" in December 2014, "University of Michigan - Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills" in December 2014, "Wharton - An Introduction to Marketing" in December 2014, "Wharton - An Introduction to Operations Management" in December 2014, and "University of Virginia - Foundations of Business Strategy" in November 2014.
