Robin Jubulis

Robin Jubulis has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Currently, Jubulis is the Vice President of Human Resources at Lactalis American Group, where they serve as the primary HR executive and partner closely with the CEO. Prior to this, Jubulis held positions at Lactalis American Group as the Senior Director and Director of Human Resources and Shared Services. Jubulis also has experience at Brady Corporation as a Senior HR Business Partner and at Praxair, Inc. as a Human Resources Director. Their early career includes roles at GE, where they served as an HR Manager, HRLP Manager, and HR Generalist in different divisions of the company. Throughout their career, Jubulis has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions and has been involved in projects that have resulted in significant cost savings and process improvements.

Robin Jubulis holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from the University at Buffalo. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from SUNY Geneseo. In addition to their formal education, Robin has also obtained several certifications, including the Global Leaders Program (GLP) and the General Managers Program (GMP) from Praxair, the Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from GE, and the Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) also from GE.
