Jean-Yann Bucaille

Jean-Yann Bucaillle serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at Lactalis Canada since July 2024, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Global IS Director at Maple Leaf Foods Inc from November 2010 to July 2024, and Global IS Program Head for the Vaccines division of Sanofi at SANOFI-PASTEUR from October 2006 to October 2010. Prior to that, Jean-Yann was a Corporate IS Project Director and IS Director for Industrial Operations at Johnson & Johnson from May 1999 to October 2006, and an IS Consultant focused on IT/OT Industrial Automation at Actemium from January 1994 to September 1998. Jean-Yann holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs (1998-1999) and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Le Havre Normandy University (1989-1992).
