Katelin Mailer

Katelin Mailer has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Katelin most recently worked at Lactalis Canada as the Vice President of Human Resources, starting in August 2019. Prior to that, they held various roles at Lactalis Canada including Director of Talent Management, Talent & Development Manager, Human Resources Manager - International Mobility, Compensation & Benefits in Italy, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Supervisor. Before joining Lactalis Canada, Katelin worked at PepsiCo as a Human Resources Coordinator.

Katelin Mailer completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business Management, with a major in Human Resources, from Ryerson University in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a diploma in Business Administration, with a major in Human Resources, from Humber College in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Insights Transformational Leadership Practitioner and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) in 2019, Insights Discovery Practitioner in 2017, and Certified Training Facilitator in 2010.
