Mohamed A. BERKOUK has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Mohamed A. began their career at Lactalis as an apprentice in their EFA program in 2006. Mohamed A. then moved on to Lactalis International, where they served as a Superviseur de Production from November 2008 to April 2009. Mohamed A. later took on the role of Superviseur, managing production costs from May 2009 to September 2010.
In 2012, Mohamed ventured into various projects, taking on intervention roles at La Maison du Gibier, Pâtisserie Michaud, and Les Ruchers Promiels Inc. Mohamed A. also served as Responsable de production - Chef de projet at Soylutions Inc for a year.

In January 2019, they transitioned to Lactalis Canada, assuming the role of Manager, Management Control until May 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Corporate Industrial FP&A at Lactalis Canada.
Mohamed A. BERKOUK completed their education in the field of Agroalimentaire. Mohamed A. obtained an MBA in Gestion Agroalimentaire from Université Laval in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree from ESA, L'Ecole supérieure des agricultures in 2008. Mohamed A. also has a degree in Ingénieur en Technologies des Industires agroalimentaires in Agronomie - Agroalimentaire, completed between 2001 and 2006.
