Tony Cugliari

Tony Cugliari has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as the VP of Legal Affairs & General Counsel at Lactalis Canada since March 2004. In this role, Tony oversees legal and corporate secretarial matters for a large consumer packaged goods company with multiple processing sites across Canada. With a strong background in business law from previous experience as an Associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, focusing on M&A and Corporate Finance, Tony has built a solid decade-long track record of collaborating with CEOs, CFOs, and other senior management teams to address complex business and legal issues. Tony holds an LLB with a focus on Corporate and Commercial Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Hons. BA (With Distinction) in Political Science and Canadian History from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College.
