Victoria Kozera

Victoria Kozera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Victoria began their career in 2007 as a Bank Teller at Bank of America, where they worked until 2009. Victoria then moved on to Ace Precision Machining Corp., where they held the roles of Administrative Assistant from 2011 to 2014 and Human Resource Assistant from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Lad Lake as a Human Resource Assistant, and over time, they progressed within the company, taking on the roles of Human Resources Specialist from 2017 to 2022 and currently serving as the Human Resources Supervisor since July 2022.

Victoria Kozera completed their high school education at Luther Preperatory School from 1999 to 2003, earning a High School Diploma with a field of study in General Studies. Victoria then pursued further education at Madison Area Technical College from 2003 to 2005, obtaining an Associate of Science degree in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science, General. Currently, Victoria is enrolled in Wisconsin Lutheran College, where they commenced their studies in 2021 and is expected to graduate in 2024. Victoria is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Management and Leadership.
