L'ADAPT
Julien Thibault has been the President of Victimes et Citoyens since 2016, following roles as Vice-President and Secretary General within the association, which focuses on advocating for road traffic victims and promoting road safety awareness. In addition to this role, Julien Thibault serves as a member of the National Road Safety Council (CNSR), where contributions include evaluating public safety policies and recommending improvements. As a Delegate for France at the European Federation of Road Traffic Victims (FEVR) and a board member of the Association Prévention Routière, Julien Thibault is actively involved in enhancing road safety at multiple levels. Furthermore, Julien Thibault has been volunteering with LADAPT since October 2022, supporting the social and professional integration of individuals with disabilities. Educational achievements include a degree in Business Management from IAE Caen and certifications in professional risk management, as well as qualifications in pastry and hospitality from various institutions.
