Emma Thomas

Emma Thomas serves as Company Secretary at LBG Media plc since December 2021 and as General Counsel for LADbible Group since January 2021. Previously, Emma held the position of General Counsel and Global SVP, People at Unruly from February 2017 to May 2020, overseeing global legal, compliance, privacy, and HR matters while managing a diverse team across multiple regions. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at Virgin Media, focusing on commercial legal issues for Digital Entertainment and Broadband teams, and as Legal Advisor at BSkyB, where Emma supported product development and supply teams. Emma began legal career at Simmons & Simmons as an Associate after completing LPC and GDL at BPP Law School and holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Nottingham.
