LADD is a 43-year-old Cincinnati-based nonprofit organization that supports nearly 500 adults in Hamilton County through housing and employment options, life skills training, and advocacy leadership.

Fundraising and Grant Management

The Support and Care Team at LADD is dedicated to providing personalized assistance and advocacy for adults with developmental disabilities. This team includes Direct Support Professionals and Direct Care Workers who offer hands-on support in daily living and skills development, while the Supported Employment Program Manager and Coordinator focus on facilitating meaningful job opportunities and connecting individuals to community resources, ensuring they can thrive independently and meaningfully within society.
