Mike Engerman

Mike Engerman has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Mike is currently working as the Director of Business Operations at Ladder since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Meta from 2020 to 2023, where they led the product strategy function for Facebook Connectivity, focusing on increasing internet access globally. Before that, Mike held positions at LinkedIn, including Senior Manager and Manager of Business Operations, where they played a strategic role in growing LinkedIn's hiring marketplace. Mike also has experience in M&A and strategic investment sourcing at Samsung Electronics and worked as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon. Mike started their career as a management consultant at ZS, specializing in commercial strategy in healthcare and technology sectors. Mike holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they had internships in engineering and management consulting and worked as a research lab assistant.

Mike Engerman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mike also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
