Alise Tarasova

Alise Tarasova has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2020. Alise began their career as a Volunteer at the Baltic Development Forum in 2013. In 2014, they interned at Transparency International Latvia before joining Charité as a Foundation Assistant Manager. Alise later became a Foundation Manager at Charité, and during their time there they served from July 2014 to September 2017. In 2017, Alise joined i-surance AG as an Operations Manager and worked there until November 2018. Currently, they are working at Ladenzeile, where they started as a Junior Finance Manager in March 2019 and later advanced to the role of Finance Manager in January 2020.

Alise Tarasova earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Latvijas Universitate from 2011 to 2014. Alise then pursued further education at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 2013 to 2014, where they studied Political Science. Later, from 2019 to 2022, Alise attended FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, earning a Master of Arts degree in Economics and Management.
