Zixuan Chen

Zixuan Chen is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in both engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer Associate with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since June 2019, Zixuan has also contributed as a member of the LADWP Green Team Council and the Cyber Security CIP013 Committee. Prior experience includes roles at the City of Los Angeles from April 2016 to July 2019 and at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants and URS Corporation earlier in Zixuan's career. Zixuan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in Environmental/Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
