Sarah Nielsen, M.Ed., NBC-HWC is a Health & Outdoor Educator, Speaker, and Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Sarah has extensive experience working with various organizations including SG Wellness, LLC, Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, Aging is Cool, Hinge Health, Room & Board, UnitedHealth Group, Life Time Fitness, Texas State University, Tarleton State University, and Health Fitness. Nielsen holds a Master of Education in Health Education from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Recreation Programming from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
