Evangelos Liapis has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in real estate and construction management. Currently a Licensed Real Estate Agent at LAER Realty Partners since June 2020, Evangelos has also served as a Police Constable for the City of Peabody since August 2015 and as an Auxiliary Police Officer for the City of Everett, MA since June 2013. As a Business Owner at M.I.K. Construction & Remodeling since August 2008, Evangelos specializes in general contracting, including roofing, gutters, siding, and decking. Prior roles include Co-Founder and Project Manager at BetterBuilt Enterprises LLC, Project Manager at BetterBuilt Construction, and Project Manager at NPS LLC, all contributing to significant expertise in residential and commercial construction. Evangelos started the career in construction management as a Construction Site Superintendent in Athens, Greece, overseeing public works projects.
