Julia Irani

Julia Irani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public health, research, and project management. Currently serving as the Product and Implementation Manager at Laerdal Global Health since March 2023, Julia previously held the role of Marketing and Partnership Consultant, focusing on developing market strategies in Pakistan. Julia's background includes significant research contributions at the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Antwerp, where a community-based study on Nodding Syndrome was conducted. Prior roles include coordinating studies on reproductive health at the Mwanza Intervention Trials Unit and developing health education resources for Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania. Julia co-founded the Pakistan Stammering Association to raise awareness about stammering and has held positions at various international organizations, including the United Nations. Julia holds a Master of Philosophy in International Public Health from the University of Bergen and a dual degree in Anthropology and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University.
