Nicholas Walsh has a diverse work experience spanning from the year 2000 to the present. Nicholas currently holds the position of SVP, ECD - Creative + Brand + Operations at Laetro, where they oversee the creative, delivery, and community teams. Before joining Laetro, they founded Bumpkin Institute, a brand and creative consultancy. Nicholas was also an Executive Board Member at the Berkeley Athletic Fund.

Subsequently, from 1990 to 1994, Nicholas enrolled at the University of California, Santa Cruz, completing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations. Finally, in 1998 to 1999, Nicholas attended the University of Bath to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) degree in EU/US Internet Policy Development.
