Brian CHARLES has over a decade of experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving in Operations Shared Services & Transformation at Holcim since October 2013. Responsibilities include reviewing and developing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, as well as overseeing HRIS functions and managing compensation and benefits for over 1,800 employees. Prior roles at Holcim involve significant contributions to merger and acquisition restructuring and internal communications. Earlier experience includes serving as Special Assistant to the Group Managing Director/HR Manager at Crystal Glass Group, where focus was on occupational health, safety, and risk management. Brian CHARLES holds multiple professional certificates from Harvard Division of Continuing Education and advanced degrees in Human Resource Management and International Law & Diplomacy from Canterbury University and the University of Lagos, respectively.
