Caitlin Norton

Caitlin Norton is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Lafarge Canada since December 2015, previously holding positions as Associate General Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Legal Counsel within the same organization. In addition to experience at Lafarge Canada, Caitlin served as Member and Acting President of the Board of Directors for West Oakville Preschool Centre Inc. from May 2017 to August 2018 and worked as Legal Counsel at Loblaw Companies Limited between January 2013 and December 2015. Caitlin's legal career began at McCarthy Tétrault LLP, where roles included Associate Lawyer in Real Property & Planning and earlier positions as Summer and Articling Student. Educational qualifications include a JD in Law from Western University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
