Ian Clements

Ian Clements has a diverse range of experience in the concrete industry, starting as a Concrete Pump Operator at Arco Concrete Services from 1998 to 2001. Currently serving as the Commercial Performance and Services Manager at Lafarge Canada since April 2009, Ian is responsible for overseeing and managing the performance and daily execution of the Lafarge Residential Services group. Throughout their career at Lafarge, Ian has also held roles as Operations Manager, Dispatcher and Logistics, Plant Foreman, Dispatcher/Batcher, and Mixer Truck Operator.
