Abida Chowdhury

Abida Chowdhury currently serves as Deputy Manager for Culture, Learning & Development and HR Business Partner for Organizational Development, Training, and Capacity Building at LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited since September 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Deputy Manager at BRAC-Aarong and Assistant Manager for Training & Development at Paperfly Limited. Abida has also held the position of Manager for Capacity Building at Consulting and Research Gateway, and Assistant Manager at Rangs Group, contributing significantly in HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. Abida holds an MBA from BRAC University and has a solid educational foundation with degrees in Sociology and the Arts.
