Mary Steindorff has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mary started their career as an intern for Cardio/Pulmonary Rehabilitation at Ball Memorial Hospital in 2010. Mary then became the Head Swim Coach at Yorktown High School from 2010 to 2011. Following that, they worked as a Co-manager/Personal Trainer at Miracles Fitness from 2011 to 2013. During the same period, they also worked as a Coach/personal trainer at Haka Multisport. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Fitness Professional at WellFit, Inc. In 2018, they became the Owner of Performance Pilates Studio until 2022. Currently, they are the Director of Wellbeing and Integrated Health at Lafayette Family YMCA.
Mary Steindorff obtained their Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Sports Medicine from Ball State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications. In July 2016, they became a Functional Aging Specialist through the Functional Aging Institute. Mary obtained their ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification from the American College of Sports Medicine in July 2011. Mary also holds a CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross, which they obtained in August 2010.
