Sam Floyd

Sam Floyd is currently a Senior Associate at Lafayette Square. Prior to this, they worked at HealthCare Royalty Partners from November 2015 to February 2021 as a Senior Associate – Investor Relations. Floyd also has experience working in the financial sector, having worked at J.P. Morgan from July 2012 to October 2015 as a Private Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group, and as a Summer Analyst in the Financial Sponsors group in the Private Bank from June 2011 to August 2011. Floyd began their career in the financial industry as an intern at Northern Trust in the Investment/Portfolio Management department of Wealth Management from May 2010 to July 2010.

Sam Floyd completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Sam also has a certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 7.

Sam Floyd reports to Caitlin Mixter, Managing Director, LS Strategy. They are on a team with Amber Willis - Business Development Coordinator, Britten Piedresanta - Vice President, LS Strategy, and Elisabeth Bothwell - Director.
