Patricia Forsyth

Patricia Forsyth, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Patricia most recently served as a Vice President of Human Resources at LAFCU starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Manager at Meridian from 2021 to 2022, where they led a team of 5 and focused on talent acquisition, training and development, and organizational development for 500 automotive manufacturing/foundry employees.

In addition to their formal education, Patricia has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. These include the "DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop" from DDI | Development Dimensions International, obtained in May 2022, and the "Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification" from HRCI, obtained in May 2018. Patricia also holds the "SPHR - Senior Professional in Human Resources" certification from the HR Certification Institute.
