Patricia Forsyth, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Patricia most recently served as a Vice President of Human Resources at LAFCU starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Manager at Meridian from 2021 to 2022, where they led a team of 5 and focused on talent acquisition, training and development, and organizational development for 500 automotive manufacturing/foundry employees.
From 2017 to 2021, Patricia was a Human Resource Manager at Williamston Products, Inc., where they handled various HR responsibilities. Prior to that, they worked as an Occupational Medicine Program Manager at Memorial Healthcare Center from 1995 to 2003, where they implemented and managed a provider-based occupational health program.

Patricia Forsyth, SPHR, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources, which they obtained from Central Michigan University from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy between 1984 and 1988. In addition to their formal education, Patricia has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. These include the "DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop" from DDI | Development Dimensions International, obtained in May 2022, and the "Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification" from HRCI, obtained in May 2018. Patricia also holds the "SPHR - Senior Professional in Human Resources" certification from the HR Certification Institute.
