Jonathan Lauinger

Jonathan Lauinger has a strong background in IT support, with experience as an IT Helpdesk Administrator at LaFontaine Automotive Group from October 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included assisting users, managing ticket dispatch, and handling Active Directory tasks. Prior to this, Jonathan held roles in customer service and support positions in various automotive service environments, including roles at Bass Pro Shops and multiple positions at Szott Ford, demonstrating skills in teamwork and problem-solving. Jonathan is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services and an Associate of Arts at Oakland Community College, expected to graduate in May 2024.
