Lafate Elliott Day Jr. (Spanky)

Lafate Elliott "Spanky" Day, Jr. has been a dedicated member of the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office since March 1992, currently serving as a Law Enforcement Specialist and Major, overseeing the Criminal Department. With a strong educational background, Lafate earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Nicholls State University, completing the program in June 2019.
