As a Senior HR & OD Strategist Tania has over 20 years experience in Human Resources management, Conflict Resolution, Mediation, Governance, Board Development, Strategic Planning, and Organizational Design. She provides strategic HR and OD guidance to clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Tania has held several strategic roles which include the following: COO at Groupe Nordik, Director of HR at CBC/Radio-Canada, Head of HR & LR with the PSAC, HR Director at Bell Canada and several years in the High Tech Industry.
