Sean Cocker Miat

Sean Cocker MIAT has extensive experience in the asphalt and civil engineering sectors, currently serving as Works Manager at Lagan Aviation & Infrastructure since February 2024. Prior to this role, Sean held positions including Asphalt Manager (contracting) at Leiths (Scotland) Ltd from August 2021 to February 2024, and Asphalt Contracts Manager at Khansaheb Civil Engineering from October 2016 to April 2021. Sean's career also includes a significant tenure as Operations Manager (Contracting and Commercial) at Nass Asphalt, where responsibilities encompassed the management of profitability, programming, health and safety, and quality control. Sean began a lengthy relationship with Leiths (Scotland) Ltd as Surfacing Contracts Manager from March 1993 to August 2011.
