Jamal Barakat

Jamal Barakat currently serves as the Director of Operations at Lagardère Travel Retail / Duty Free Global since May 2017, where responsibilities include leading a team to optimize store and warehouse performance within an airport, enhancing customer service, and fostering relationships with airport authorities for business growth. Jamal's career also includes serving as Sales Manager at Alshaya Group from January 2005 to March 2008, where sales maximization and customer service excellence were prioritized, and as Floor Manager at Albatool from 1998 to December 2004, involving visual merchandising.
