Elisabet Ålander

Elisabet Ålander has extensive experience in the investment and business development field. Elisabet currently holds the position of VP Business Development at Lagercrantz Group AB, where they began in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor at Bust, a VC firm, and as a Senior Investment Manager at Paulig Group's impact-focused VC arm, PINC. Elisabet has also held various roles as a board member and investment manager at companies such as We Are Voice, Woshapp, Lavendla, Pilloxa, and Bonnier Capital. Additionally, they worked at Vinnova as an Evaluator and at Storytel as a Business Development / Senior Strategic Project Manager.

Elisabet Ålander holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Marketing from Stockholm School of Economics. Elisabet also completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business and Management from the same institution. Elisabet has further pursued financial analysis studies at Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education and international business studies during a CEMS exchange semester at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Additionally, they have studied German at Freie Universität Berlin.
