Shellya Rogers-Webster AA, BA, MSc, C.Dir. currently serves as Operations Manager and previously held the position of Operations Coordinator at Lagoon Group since September 2022. In addition, Shellya has been the Valley North District Representative in the Anguilla House of Assembly since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Director of Tourism and Manager of Corporate Affairs at the Anguilla Tourist Board from July 2017 to May 2022, as well as Senior Programme Officer and Programme Officer for Culture at the Department of Youth and Culture (Anguilla) from June 2013 to June 2017. Shellya began a career in education as a 2nd Grade Teacher at Valley Primary for the Government of Anguilla from August 2008 to May 2013. Academic qualifications include a Professional Certificate in Sustainable Tourism Destination Management from The George Washington University, a Master's Degree in Public Management from the University of Birmingham, a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and an Associate’s Degree in Business Studies from Albena Lake Hodge Comprehensive School.
