Chris Long currently serves as the Banquet Chef at The Ranch at Laguna Beach since May 2021. Previously, Chris held positions as Sous Chef at Bosscat Kitchen & Libations for a short tenure and as Executive Chef at Hanna’s Prime Steakhouse before that. Chris's culinary career includes experience as Chef Garde Manger at Montage Hotels & Resorts from October 2016 to November 2020, along with two roles as Sous Chef at Cafe Del Rey and Monarch Beach Resort. Chris obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
