Robert Bear is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management and event coordination. Since August 2016, Robert has been serving as the Assistant General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage at The Ranch at Laguna Beach. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions including Assistant Director of F&B Operations at Hotel Irvine, Director of Events at Rancho Valencia, and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Island Hotel Newport Beach. Robert began the career at Surf & Sand Resort, first as Director of Banquets and later as Director of Outlets. Robert earned a degree from Arizona State University from 1993 to 1998.
