Ramya Arockiasamy

Ramya Arockiasamy currently serves as the Corporate Human Resources Head at Laguna Clothing Pvt Ltd since February 2023. Previously, Ramya held the position of Deputy General Manager HR at MK Agrotech Pvt Ltd, overseeing HR for 2000 employees from January 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, Ramya was the Associate HR Director at Biocon and Covance, managing HR teams for Chiltern Clinical Research Pvt Ltd with responsibility for 800 employees across multiple locations. Ramya's earlier experience includes a role as People Experience Partner at Altimetrik, contributing to workforce and succession planning, and serving as BUHR for the Manufacturing and Automotive group at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. Ramya began a career in HR as an Executive at Mindtree Consulting, focusing on recruitment and organizational events. Ramya holds an MBA in HR & IT and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.
