Karen Ann B.

Karen Ann B. has over 13 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Karen Ann began their career in 2008 as a Software Engineer at Denso Techno Philippines, Inc. In 2011, they moved to Verifone and served as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and then as a Software Quality Assurance Engineering Specialist. In 2016, they were promoted to SQA Asst. Team Lead and Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Verifone. In 2019, they moved to First Foundry where they held the roles of Senior QA Analyst and QA Analyst. More recently, in 2021, they joined Laguna Games and Forte as a Senior QA Analyst.

Karen Ann B. attended Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan from 2001 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Corpus Christi School from 1997 to 2001 for secondary education. In addition, they have obtained certifications from SoloLearn in SQL Fundamentals (2019), ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in ISTQB® CTFL - Certified Tester Foundation Level (2018), and from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in Registered Electronics and Communications Engineer (2007).
