Monika Merchea

Monika Merchea currently serves as the Medical Director of Inpatient Informatics at Lahey Health since January 2021 and has been a Hospitalist at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center since January 2014. Prior experience includes a position as a Physician at NSMC from September 2011 to December 2013 and various roles at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center from July 2008 to June 2011, including Chief Resident, Resident Physician, and Intern. Monika Merchea earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from St. George's University between 2004 and 2008 and completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Computer Science at Western University from 1999 to 2003, following a High School Diploma and International Baccalaureate from Ashbury College.
