Claudette Greenway

Claudette Greenway has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Claudette began their career as the Vice President of Operations at the Oklahoma Foundation for Medical Quality in 1997, where they oversaw various quality improvement initiatives for healthcare organizations. Claudette later joined OU Medicine in 2011 as the Enterprise Support Center Director, where they played a crucial role in ensuring organizational performance excellence. Claudette then moved to OU Physicians in 2012, taking on roles such as Associate Director of Clinical Operations and Director of Population Health Management. During their time at OU Physicians, they focused on implementing quality improvement efforts, establishing efficient procedures, and optimizing utilization of resources. In 2018, Claudette joined Mercy as the Vice President of Clinical Operations - Primary Care, overseeing primary care operations. Claudette later transitioned to WellMed Medical Management in 2021, where they served as the Director of Quality Operations and Associate Vice President of Quality. Most recently, Claudette joined Saint Francis Health System in 2022 as the Executive Director of Patient Care Services. Overall, Claudette Greenway has demonstrated their expertise in healthcare administration, quality improvement, and operational management throughout their career.

Claudette Greenway holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Oklahoma City University. Claudette also has a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Oklahoma.
