Katjatuulia Järvenpää

Katjatuulia Järvenpää is a seasoned Service Designer currently at LähiTapiola since June 2019, with previous experience as a Lecturer at Lapin yliopisto, where lecturing focused on Service Design methods and mentoring students. Past roles include Service Designer at WSP in Finland and project work as a Change Designer at Muutosmuotoilu, enhancing customer communication and design processes. Katjatuulia has also held positions at Avaava, YH Kodit Oy, and as a Freelance Designer with a focus on product design and project management in various fields. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial Design from the University of Lapland and ongoing studies at Aalto University Executive Education, along with additional photography education.
