Lauri Laaksonen

Lauri Laaksonen serves as the Vastuullisuus- ja viestintäpäällikkö at LähiTapiola since October 2023. Prior to this role, Lauri held positions at Viexpo, including NordicHub Manager and Marketing and Communications Specialist from January 2022 to September 2023, focusing on supporting Finnish SMEs in export development. Lauri completed a Doctor of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing at the University of Vaasa, where a doctoral thesis was published in 2021. Experience also includes roles as a project researcher at various institutions, B2B sales representative, and translator, alongside coordinating events for Vaasan Palloseura Oy. Lauri holds a Master's degree from Hanken School of Economics and has extensive expertise in marketing, communications, and research.
