Wendy Crook has been working as the Training and Recruitment Manager at Laila's Fine Foods Limited since June 2015. Prior to that, Wendy worked as a Quality Manager at Kepak Convenience Foods for over a decade, specifically focusing on the Assembly side of the operation. Wendy's responsibilities included KPI reporting, supplier appraisal, non-conformance and preventative action, investigation on hygiene failures, staff training, creating SOP's, hygiene inspection audits, dealing with customer complaints, leading audits, and being part of the HACCP team. Wendy attended Worden Sports College Leyland from 1976 to 1981.
