Carol Tu

Carol Tu is an experienced Community Relations and Stakeholder Manager currently working at Laing O'Rourke since October 2022. Prior to this role, Carol served as the Senior Strategic Engagement Lead at Yarra City Council for a brief period in 2022. Carol has an extensive background with the City of Port Phillip, holding various positions from 1999 to 2022, including Coordinator of Communications and Engagement, Interim Manager, Precinct Director, and Team Leader, all focused on strategic community engagement, internal communications, and stakeholder relationships. Carol's earlier role as Sister Cities Coordinator involved managing international relationships with Obu, Japan, and Hindmarsh, Victoria. Carol has academic credentials from Swinburne University of Technology and Monash University.
