Clare Allen

Clare Allen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of the Future of Work at Laing O'Rourke since March 2022, focusing on innovative operating models and offsite manufacturing to enhance productivity in construction. Previously, Clare held various leadership roles at CITB from December 2005 to March 2022, including Head of Strategy, where evidence-led strategies were developed to address construction skills needs, and Head of Organisational Design, which involved creating blueprints for future business operations. Additionally, Clare served as a Change Consultant and Programme Manager, overseeing significant projects. Earlier experience includes consulting at Sibson Consulting from 2001 to 2005, where Clare managed client engagements and led teams. Clare holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Bristol.
