Muhammad Magar

Muhammad Magar is an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator with a demonstrated history of managing major infrastructure projects. Currently employed at Laing O'Rourke since January 2022, Muhammad oversees contracts related to the $1.3 billion Morley to Ellenbrook railway line. Prior to this role, Muhammad held positions at BMD Group and Alcoa, managing significant projects including the $400 million Tonkin Gap Project and various contracts for the Wagerup Refinery Expansion and Mine Relocation initiatives. Muhammad's experience also includes work with CPB Contractors on multiple $320 million MRIA projects and a tenure at John Holland managing expansions for a prison and a hospital. Muhammad holds a Master of Laws in Commercial and Resource Law from The University of Western Australia, along with a Diploma in Building and Construction and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and Economics, enhancing a well-rounded expertise in contracts administration within the construction industry.
